Your health is extremely important to us!

The health and safety of our guests and employees has always been a matter at the CSA ski school and is one of our basic principles. Safety measures are simply part of our quality and service promise!

And of course this standard continues to apply in Corona times. To ensure that you are protected as well as possible, we have taken special measures for our courses. These measures are coordinated with all service providers in the region (tourism association, hotels, mountain railways as well as authorities and health authorities) and are adapted to current conditions at short notice.

Take care in times of Corona!

Many winter activities take place during Corona under special security measures. In Austria a valid certificate (for being either vaccinated or recovered) must be provided in numerous areas including gastronomy, accommodation, cable cars and ski schools. Outdoor sports

Winter sports as an outdoor activity is associated with a low risk of infection. However, wherever several people come together to practice this activity (queuing at the lift, in the ski depot, at the lift ticket office, in the chairlift and gondola), it is important to be well protected.
It is also mandatory for people aged 6 and over to wear a face mask for all indoor activities and for lunch care. Please also use the disinfection options at the lift stations and toilets, etc.

Online booking

Since most of our services and offers can be booked online, we keep the contact options as low as possible. In the case of contact tracing, we have recorded all the necessary data.

Mouth and nose protection & disinfection

Please wear your mouth and nose protection in all places where several people meet and a safety distance of at least 1.5 meters cannot be maintained.
This applies in particular to lift ticket offices, assembly points, waiting areas at the gondola, chairlift and drag lift, in the ski depot or in the ski buses.

Meeting points

To keep as much distance as possible from other participants, we will expand our meeting points. So we can avoid large gatherings of people.

Ski races

The popular final races at the end of the ski course will of course continue to take place. We extend the start intervals and thus prevent accumulations in the start and finish area. The award ceremony and medal handover takes place outdoors.

Employees

The safety of our employees is extremely important to us! That is why we continuously train in correct behaviour and test immediately if there is any suspicion.

Cancellations

You can cancel your booked service free of charge up to 5 p.m. the day before.
