A successful mixture of relaxation and recuperation is increasingly important for people in their leisure time. As a result, cross-country skiing is experiencing a renaissance – whether classic or the sportier skating cross-country technique. Cross-country skiing is a very complex type of sport and it gently trains a large proportion of the muscles of the body.
The healthy exercise strengthens body and mind and is the perfect combination of sport and fun.
The heart and muscles are gently pushed and the circulation stimulated. Therefore, you will not only improve your ability, but also receive added benefits for your wellbeing.
"Learn skating the fun way"
The programme for novices presents a multi-tiered modular system, with an abundance of practically-orientated play, practice and competitive forms. In this way, ‘Learn skating the fun way’ provides a suitably flexible and methodical set of tools, with all the hands-on experience that novices need.
What is presented is a programme with many videos, photos, diagrams, charts and demonstration sessions. An elaborate system permits the individual planning of training modules, training sessions and course programmes.
